• Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the agreed time.

• Unused hours or cancellations that occur later than 24 hours before the agreed time will be charged 60% of the booked treatment.

• This applies to all treatments, including cuts, color, balayage, extensions, scalp rituals and bridal packages.
